Refunds and Cancellations
At Fulauri, we want you to be satisfied with your order. This page explains our policy on order cancellations and refunds. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Before Delivery Attempt
If you cancel your order before a delivery attempt is made, and you have already paid for the order, you are eligible for a full refund. We will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of order. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
To cancel before delivery, please contact us or use the order management option as soon as possible after placing your order. Once our kitchen has started preparing your order or a delivery attempt has been initiated, the refund policy in the next section applies.
2. Cancellation After Delivery Attempt
If an order is cancelled after a delivery attempt has been made (for example, the delivery partner has reached your address or attempted to deliver), no refund will be granted. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation at that stage, including non-acceptance of the order, change of mind, or unavailability at the time of delivery. We encourage you to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
3. Summary
- Refundable: Order cancelled before delivery attempt is made, and payment was already made.
- Not refundable: Order cancelled at or after delivery attempt (e.g. at the time of delivery or after delivery has been attempted).
4. How to Request a Refund
For eligible cancellations (before delivery attempt), please contact us via the Contact Us page or the phone/email provided on our website. Include your order ID and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm your eligibility and process the refund as per this policy.
5. Quality or Order Issues
If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Such cases are handled separately from the standard cancellation policy above.
